How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Riwaayat.pk is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose option (Size etc) and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Riwaayat.pk without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits

Track your orders and review past purchases Save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time Manage your email preferences and edit important information.

How do I edit my details once I have made my account?

You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will make it sure that each customer will get an order invoice but if you are sending as a gift to someone you can request customer support agent to not attach this in packet.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place order, one of our customer support agent confirm its availability form warehouse. after this he will call you for order conformation. once order will confirmed your order will dispatched.

What payment methods does Riwaayat.pk accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted: Cash on Delivery This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash. Prepaid options Our secure payment services allow for VISA and MasterCard to be used for payment. All your details and your data will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption, once this feature is activated.

How can I choose the currency I pay in?

Currently, if you are ordering from within Pakistan you can order in Pak Rupees. When ordering from outside Pakistan, you can only order in US Dollars, Dirham and Pounds.

Which countries does Riwaayat.pk ship to?

Riwaayat.pk ships worldwide.

What is the delivery Time?

We provide shipping all over Pakistan through various couriers. Order processing time 48 hours. Deliveries can take 120 hours or 7 business days. Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

What if the product color varies?

Riwaayat.pk ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Riwaayat.pk do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same day delivery.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Riwaayat.pk to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.

Does Riwaayat.pk ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Online payment based orders can only be cancelled within a week once placed. Please note that, we’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on +92-300-8985888, for assistance.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You can track your order on our website just click on “TRACK YOUR ORDER” option and enter your Order ID found in your order confirmation email, and email you used during checkout. You may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

We do not offer any refunds. We do, however, give online store credit of equal value, which you can use to shop for something else at a later date. Please not that this is only applicable if you return the item within 7 days and it is not inclusive of shipping costs.

There is a fault with the product. What do I do?

In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.

How do I buy a gift card?

Riwaayat.pk, currently does not offer a Gift Card service.
